Have I won Lotto yet???? :)

Happy Wednesday!!

Well I have started my new fulltime position and getting up at 5:00 a.m. was very tough yesterday.  It will take me a few days weeks to adjust to this one.  With my last position, I was able to work from home the majority of the time after ramping up so this will be a big change as I have to be onsite much more.  We are still in negotiation as to how much.  Driving close to 80 miles a day to and from is hard to do 5 days a week but around these parts, you have to travel :(  Have I won lotto yet???  :) So here is my "temporary" office until I get into my "new" office.  I'm going to enjoy this view that's for sure as you don't get window offices too often unless you're a big wig boss :)

So I was able to come home and unwind some and get a few things done.  Not much as I was exhausted!!

I made these 2 cute cards and love the idea to be able to take the tag out and write on it, while still leaving the cute card in tack.  The person could even reuse it if they choose by creating a new tag.  Hmmmm recycle :)

The heart that has "friend" on it came from a free digi from Paulette over at Create With TLC.  She is so generous and has lots of freebies to let everyone use and the work that she does is absolutely beautiful. Thank you Paulette :)  I'm such a rookie compared to so many of these talented card makers but I love doing it and practice makes perfect :)

I also took a used dryer sheet and made this cute flower and sprayed it with Glimmer Mist.  How cute and simple is that one :)

Well off I go again.  Thank goodness for a pot of coffee just waiting for me when I get up :)  Love technology lol  Is it Friday yet?  ;)

Reminder ~ only 3 more days until I announce the winner of my 100+ followers so hop on over to the GIVEAWAY and leave me a comment along with your email address so I can contact you when I use the random org on Friday.  Good luck to all of you.......you all mean so much to me :)

Have a wonderful day and happy crafting :)

Glad your first day on the job went well. The cards are really cute. Hope they work it out for you to be able to work from home at least part of the time.

Do you ever stop... I would be so beat after putting in a day like that. Hope things work out for you, but the bright side is you have a gorgeous view from your office while you are working. Too bad it wasn't nice and sunny for you to really enjoy.

Have a great week and thank heaven that is it a short one... lol

Hugs, Deb

I love that flower out of a dryer sheet! Very creative!
Sounds like a lot of window time but if you're doing the driving, it's not even that! Good that you have coffee to keep your peppers open. I can't do early morning anymore. I am loving retirement too much, I guess!

Thank you for visiting my blog and becoming my newest follower, plus leaving such a nice comment. I used to have a schedule similar to yours when I worked - up at 4:30 and to work by 6 and then off to school 2 nights a week plus being a Super Wife, Granny/Grandma and Mom. Having to retire before my planned time was a shock to my system as I also had to stop college at the same time. 3+ years later I am trying to organize myself and and re-org my home and crafts so I am learning alot, mostly about myself. (More to that story but maybe for another time.) I miss work dearly but am looking for the purpose in this new door that opened. Stop in anytime and I will visit you often too.
