Hi! This was actually very fun. I came across a blog today Bloggerette Sorority Sisters and with all the wonderful friends that are out there, that I am getting to know I wanted to share this also.
It was very simple but I'm sure you can get very very creative. Karen did a great job on hers! I just printed the picture out in black/white and put it on this plate. It's actually cute :)

Morning Laura! Thank you so much for asking about my daughter; thankfully she didn't have any tumors!! I'm glad to hear too that your daughter is doing well also. They are so young we hate to see them having these issues!! Your plate project is adorable! Of course I love anything with black and red!lol I may have to try making one for my craft room today! I too am in HR and it has been an awful awful week with my extra "children" at work!lol I've only been in that job for a year and do not come from an HR background! all I can say some days is "Wow what did I get myself into!"
